At Discraft Factory Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your discs or apparel are in new, unthrown, and unwashed condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it to our Michigan distribution center.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any shipping fees.
